Implementing the “Administrative Leader Skills for Planning, Developing, and Investing in Human Capital” program for directors of the Integrated Social Public Services Bishopric programs.
Under the patronage of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II and his partner in apostolic service, Anba Youlios, Bishop of Public, Social, and Ecumenical Services, and under the supervision of the Human Resource Development Program, a collaboration was established with the Coptic Institute for Church Administration and Development. An intensive training program was implemented from August 30 to 31, 2022, for the directors and coordinators of the various programs within the Bishopric. The program was titled “The Administrative Leader’s Skills for Planning, Developing, and Investing in Human Capital,” with a total of 38 trainees. The training was delivered by a team from the Institute.
