Launch of the specialized course “Change Management”
The specialized training course “The Church and Change Management” was launched for 21 participants, including priests, male and female servants, from churches in the following governorates: Sohag (Tama and its dependencies), Cairo, Dakahlia, Luxor, Aswan, and Gharbia Governorate.
It is worth noting that the specialized course is being launched online and includes topics such as: the concept of change, forms of change and development, tools of change, obstacles to change, corporate culture and change management, and practical applications of the previous elements in the church context.
