Holding the basic training course in church management and development for the dioceses of Tanta, Banha and Quesna (September 22-26, 2022)
Under the patronage of His Grace Anba Paula, Metropolitan of Tanta and its dependencies, and His Grace Anba Maximus, Bishop of Benha and Quweisna, the regional training course on church administration and development was held for the dioceses of Tanta and Benha & Quweisna. The course took place at the headquarters of St. Mina’s Monastery in Abiyar, Tanta, from September 22 to September 26, 2022.
The course included 40 participants from the leadership of both dioceses, comprising priests, consecrated men and women, and service leaders.
It is also worth mentioning that this regional training course is the second course offered by the Coptic Institute for Church Administration and Development at the Abiyar Center and under the patronage of His Grace the esteemed Anba Paula. The first course was held in March 2022 for 45 priests and servants from the dioceses of Mit Ghamr and El-Mahalla El-Kubra, with the participation of His Grace the esteemed Anba Saleeb.
These regional courses are held in response to the recommendations of the Eighth Seminar of the Holy Synod, which convened in November 2021.
