The academic degrees awarded by the Institute (Diploma, Master’s, Doctorate) are accredited by the Academy of Theological Sciences and Coptic Studies.
What are the requirements for obtaining a certificate from the institute for participating in the basic training course?
The trainee will receive a certificate of participation in the basic training course, provided he/she commits to attending no less than 75% of the training sessions. He/she will also submit a graduation project, implemented in collaboration with the group participating in the course, which will be presented in the presence and with the blessing of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II at the graduation ceremony, which is held every two years. The trainee will also receive a certificate of participation in the basic training course.
Can the institute design and implement development studies for churches or dioceses?
Yes, the institute already provides consulting services to dioceses and churches in the areas of institutional development and conducting evaluation studies of development programs and church projects.

The institute targets church service leaders involved in administrative management within churches, whether clergy, consecrated ministers, or volunteers, at various levels and responsibilities, and from the following categories:

  1. Bishops, especially newly ordained bishops
  2. Priests, especially those in charge of their churches, as well as monastic fathers assigned by the church presidency to pastoral services in specific churches
  3. Monastic fathers nominated for service inside or outside Egypt
  4. Consecrated ministers (especially clerical candidates for the priesthood) and consecrated female ministers

The first semester begins on the first of September and ends the third week of December.

The second semester begins on the fourth week of January and ends on the last of June, including a break for the end of Lent, Holy Week, and Easter holidays. Classes then resume until July of each year, followed by the summer vacation in August.
