The institute uses “adult education” methods, including “training sessions,” which respond to the different types of intelligence of trainees (linguistic, kinesthetic, musical, introspective, interpersonal, etc.) to achieve optimal learning. It also follows the “experiential learning” model, which is the main approach for all training topics. It also provides practical, applied models that embody development methods.
The Institute’s logo emulates the model presented by Jesus Christ in the miracle of the five loaves and two fish (in the Gospel of the Blessing) (Matthew 14:14-21) (Mark 6:30-44), (Luke 9:10-17), (John 6:5-14); a model for the Church in managing the service, where human effort in planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and optimal use of resources meets with the divine work of grace and blessing, resulting in a spiritual abundance in all areas.
Candidates from churches and dioceses, including clergy, servants, members of church councils, and priests.
