This meeting was held as part of the follow-up on the visits and activities conducted among the pillars of social care, development partners, and the Bishopric of Public, Ecumenical and Social Services (BLESS), under the patronage of His Grace the esteemed Anba Youlios, General Bishop of the churches of Old Cairo, El-Manial, and Fam El-Khalig.
Fr. Bishoy Charles presented an overview of the “King’s Daughter” and “Teach Your Child” projects. Subsequently, His Holiness the Pope delivered his address, speaking about offering love and fulfilling three crucial responsibilities during crises: providing diverse services, and focusing on data, which is the foundation of service. This constitutes the “Development Triangle.” He emphasized that the priest must be a partner in the success of the social care system and highlighted the importance of exchanging experiences between dioceses and churches.
