Implementing the specialized program “Developing Management and Leadership Skills” for newly ordained priests (Central Sector – Diocese of Alexandria)

The Coptic Institute for Church Administration and Development conducted two training courses between February and June 2021 as part of the specialized training program “Developing Stewardship and Leadership Skills” for 20 newly ordained priests from churches in the central sector of the Alexandria Diocese. The first training course, titled “Purpose-Driven Service,” was implemented in February 2021, following a “needs assessment” of the priests that was carried out in December 2020.

The second training course, titled “The Priest’s Use of Emotional Intelligence Skills and Social Patterns in Ministry,” was launched during May and June 2021. It’s worth noting that the program is being implemented under the supervision of Father Ibrahim Emil, the General Vicar of the Patriarchate in Alexandria.
