Held in January 2025 under the auspices of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II and by the kind invitation of Father Joshua, the institute designed a specialized training curriculum and sent five trainers, led by Dr. Magdy Lateef, to conduct two training sessions—one for the priests (22 priests) and one for the diocesan council members (12 members).

With the presence and honor of His Grace Bishop Daniel, the training covered the three areas of church administration: spiritual, pastoral, and managerial, and how the roles of these areas integrate in harmony and balance to manage a successful and fruitful service system. The training sessions also included the biblical foundation of the eight principles of wise administration (governance) for making correct decisions, best practices, and wise policies, which encompass effective communication between service sectors, participatory structures, and the practice of accountability and transparency in church management.

The training course also addressed strategic planning and how to formulate a vision and mission for the entire diocese, from which the mission of each church is derived according to its needs and the specificity of its services. It included analyzing strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, and formulating SMART goals after determining priorities at the diocesan level.
