Under the patronage of His Grace Bishop Raphael, Bishop General of the Churches of Central Cairo, the basic training course will be implemented at St. Mark’s Church (December 2024-January 2025).
Under the patronage and blessings of His Grace the esteemed Bishop Rafael, Bishop of the Churches of Central Cairo, the Institute presented the “Basic Training Course” for 2 priests, 16 male servants, and 9 female servants at the Great St. Mark’s Cathedral (St. Mark’s) in Al-Azbakeya. The activities took place from December 6, 2024, until January 4, 2025 (on the days of December 6, 14, 21, 28, 2024, and January 4, 2025). A number of the Institute’s professors, led by Dr. Magdy Latif, implemented the course by delivering 17 training sessions. At the end of the course, the participants evaluated the training program along with the individual training sessions. In the concluding session, the participants were also introduced to ways of presenting an applied project to serve the church/diocese in the upcoming period following the completion of the training.
This program aims to develop the skills of church leaders and provide them with the necessary tools to use them effectively and efficiently. The program includes a wide range of topics covering the spiritual and administrative aspects of the church.
