Launch of the third training course within the “Developing Leadership and Management Skills” program – Alexandria
As part of the leadership and management skills development program for newly ordained priests in Alexandria – Central Sector – the third training course was launched on Monday, August 23, 2021, which included training on “Leadership and Delegation Skills.”
These courses come within the framework of a program to strengthen leadership and management skills for (20) fathers who have received the blessing of priesthood since 2013 in the churches of the Central Alexandria sector under the patronage of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II and the supervision of Father Archpriest Ibrahim Emil – the Patriarchate’s representative in Alexandria.
The training courses are provided by the Coptic Institute for Church Management and Development team. It’s also worth noting that the first and second training courses were held in February, May, and June of 2021.
