Specialized training programs

A) Target Group

  • Individuals from church service leadership including priests, monks, consecrated men and women, church council members, service sector leaders and their assistants, and candidates for church leadership responsibilities.
  • Each participant must meet the required attendance percentage, pass the theoretical exam, and submit the required research papers.
  • Each participant receives a “Certificate of Achievement” for completing a specialized training course.
  • If a participant successfully completes several specialized courses, they may be eligible to obtain the Professional Diploma Certificate. For more details click here

B) Study Conditions and Application Dates

  • Announcements about specialized courses and certificates offered by the Institute are made through the official website and Christian media channels.
  • Applicants should submit an application form accompanied by a recommendation from their spiritual father.
  • Each application is reviewed to ensure the applicant meets the course requirements (mandatory and elective). The applicant will then be notified of the course date at the Institute.
  • The study system for specialized courses is based on the credit hour system.
