A) Target Audience

• Individuals from church service leadership, including: priests, monks, consecrated men and women, members of church councils, service sector leaders and their assistants,
• The participant is required to meet the minimum attendance rate, pass the theoretical exam, and submit the required research assignments.
• Each participant will receive a “Certificate of Achievement” upon completing the specialized training course.
• If the participant completes a set of specialized courses, they may be eligible to receive the Professional Diploma Certificate. Click Here
  

B) Terms of Study and Application Deadlines

• These specialized courses and the various certificates offered by the Institute are announced through the Institute’s official website and Christian media channels.
• Those wishing to apply must submit an enrollment request accompanied by a recommendation from their spiritual father.
• The application will be reviewed to ensure that the participant meets the requirements of the specialized course (both mandatory and optional). The applicant will then be informed of the course schedule at the Institute.
• The specialized courses follow a credit-hour system.
