His Holiness the Pope witnesses the closing ceremony of the “Developing Personal Skills in Leadership and Management” training program in Alexandria.
On Saturday, October 16, 2021 AD, 6 Baba 1738 AH, the training program “Developing Personal Skills in Leadership and Management” concluded. His Holiness Pope Tawadros II witnessed the closing ceremony of the training program, which was dedicated to newly ordained priests in the churches of the Central Alexandria Sector and presented by the Coptic Institute for Church Administration and Development (COTICAD).
The study lasted for nearly a full year, with the participation of twenty priests from churches in the Central Alexandria sector. The fathers in the program presented four graduation projects, which were discussed with His Holiness the Pope.

In conclusion, His Holiness the Pope presented graduation certificates to the fathers who trained in the program. The meeting was attended by church prelates, including His Grace Anba Daniel, Bishop of Al-Maadi and Secretary of the Holy Synod; the General Bishops supervising the pastoral sectors in Alexandria, Their Graces Anba Pavly (Al-Montaza Sector), Anba Ilarion (West Sector), and Anba Hermina (East Sector); Fr. Abram Emil, the Patriarchal Vicar in Alexandria; the Institute Director, Dr. Magdy Latif; and members of the Institute’s faculty.
