Learner Characteristics

• Priests, monks, consecrated men and women, and servants serving in various ministry positions.
• Recommendation from the spiritual father
• University degree
• Commitment to attend at least 75%
• Commitment to assignments and the graduation project
• Commitment to funding the study

Training Units

The learner selects from a list of specialized courses: 6 core training courses + 2 elective training courses (a total of 8 courses).

Total Training Hours

A total of 120–160 training hours

Accredited Hours (CHs) or Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

A total of 12–16 CEUs

Evaluation Method

Written exam + attendance percentage + submission of an applied graduation project

Duration of Study

Over a period of 1–1.5 years
